Nick joined the existing Andrew J Nowell & Company as a director in 2022. He has worked in both independent and corporate estate agency since 2001, building up a strong following of loyal clients across South Manchester. Nick constantly strives to exceed his clients’ expectations by always providing an unrivalled client experience with exceptional communication. Nick has lived in South Manchester his whole life

Will heads up the Alderley Edge office and is responsible for listing, selling and negotiating sales and lettings and ensuring they proceed to a smooth conclusion. Having worked in property since he finished school Will has always lived in the local area and was brought up in Wilmslow, he is a member of The National Association of Estate Agents.

Carolyn has been with Andrew J Nowell & Company since 2001. She is responsible for the sales side of the business dealing with clients, negotiating transactions and liaising with both purchasers and vendors. Carolyn ensures that the sales proceed to an efficient conclusion and also organises national and local advertising and Cheshire Life.

Neil is responsible for the sales side of the business dealing with clients, negotiating transactions, and liaising with both purchasers and vendors. Neil works alongside Carolyn and ensures that the sales proceed to an efficient conclusion. Having lived in the local area for many years and worked within the Estate Agency industry for 22 years.

Molly joined the team in 2026 after studying Graphic Design and is now responsible for the company's social and digital marketing. Having worked locally and grown up in the area, she also advises buyers and sellers throughout their property journey.

Having started within the property industry in 1986, Mark’s first task everyday (back then) was to pick litter up outside the office and put the flag up the flagpole, a good grounding!!!. Having moved through the ranks within the industry and gaining valuable experience and knowledge along the way, Mark now has over 30 years’ property experience and is a member of ARLA.

Francesca grew up locally and has extensive knowledge of the surrounding areas. She has been working in property since 2014 and also spent a year gaining valuable experience in Dubai's real estate market. She loves connecting with people and helping them achieve their property goals.
Away from work, you'll usually find her spending time with her little boy, making the most of family life, and enjoying good times with friends
