We sold our house in Wilmslow through Andrew J Nowell & Co. It took 5 months to find a buyer and a further 4 months to exchange contracts and complete the sale process. Ours is a fairly unique victorian villa in Wilmslow that attracts a very niche buyer and we expected it might be difficult to find one. But our experience couldn't have been better, really. Andrew J Nowell & Co. handled everything, from creating the marketing materials to accompanying all viewings and they were absolutely brilliant. They are local and therefore very knowledgeable of the housing market in Wilmslow and they offered an approachable team to sell our house and a personalised service. I am very grateful to the whole team, but particularly Carolyn and Will, for their kindness, professionalism and expertise. Carolyn was incredibly helpful with the viewings, which were very challenging to manage with our teenage son's room generally in a horrible state (including teenager still in bed most of the time!) and our dog yapping and irritating any prospective buyers. She was great, very considerate and always communicating well with us, whatever the issue. She went above and beyond to push the sale through when the chain threatened to collapse on multiple occasions, and was always receptive to requests for information and support with the legal and admin side of things. Overall, a very positive experience of what can be a very stressful life event, and I have no hesitation in recommending Andrew J Nowell & Co. to you if you want to sell your house quickly and with minimum fuss.
